		<description>I agree.  I remember that someone had posted a phone number for Paypal on a forum once.  It was the big secret to even be able to find it to talk to a real person.  I understand that about 50% the time, people answer their own questions after thinking about it for a moment or two and not having a number handy can cut down on phone calls, but there are times that one would really need to talk to a live person I would imagine.</description>

		<description>PayPal isn&#039;t all that great, either.  If you have a complaint, expect to be ignored even when you tell them repeatedly that their web form for registering disputes does not work.  

They talk a good game until you actually need them to follow through.  Then you find out it&#039;s all a scam.</description>
